Anne is a qualified educationalist, her background is in training, counselling and coaching with a strong emphasis on people and their development. Anne taught in the inner city for many years before moving on to providing training consultancy to commercial and public sector clients. She has been in business for eight years.Anne has worked in organisations of all sizes across most industry sectors focusing on training to implement and support change. |
Anne understands how hard all aspects of change can be and has been successful in supporting people through this process. She has worked with a wide range of people, her clients have been of all ages and have come from a variety of backgrounds. Anne has accreditations in coaching, business, e learning, training and education. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and has LAMDA gold medals in "The Speaking of Verse and Prose" and "Solo Acting". |

Doug is a change management and service delivery consultant with a background in international media organisations. He has over two decades IT development and operations, change management experience within FTSE listed companies. Doug has had considerable exposure to different business cultures and ways of working. He has led many teams often within challenging situations to significant deadlines. |
| Doug became interested in coaching in the workplace when he realised that members of project teams were often required to perform in areas where they lacked the necessary skills. Doug is ITIL accredited and is a PRINCE 2 practitioner. He studied coaching with the internationally recognised Coaching Academy. Doug’s supportive style is effective in energising and empowering positive client action. | |
