Our consultations to plan your training are completely free and take place at your office. They will help you to decide if the Anam Cara method of training and coaching is for you.

To book individual life coaching sessions

To book your free 40 minute Life Coaching session and decide if Life Coaching is for you email your details to anne@anamcaracoaching.co.uk

We need to know the following:

• A landline number on which we can contact you.
• The best time to call you
• One thing that you like about your life
• One thing that you would like to change
• What you hope to get out of the first coaching session.
