Anam Cara offer in house training courses to organisations who intend to change and require staff training to support this. We are different because:

• All our course leaders have experience of managing change.
• We only train in this area.

Our aim is to help our clients:

Specific subject areas include train-the-trainer, project management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills. We can also support skills gaps in IT.

How does our training work?

We begin by visiting your premise free of charge to meet with you and diagnose your training needs. We then draw up a bespoke training plan for your approval. This plan will include support for those who have attended the courses.

How much does our training cost?

The training needs and arrangements of each organisation are different; this means that it is hard to describe a price that fits every organisation. The example below will help give you an idea of our charges:

Single day’s Training + Follow Up Coaching

Up to 4 Delegates = £650

Up to 6 Delegates = £750

Up to 8 Delegates = £850

All training includes the cost of a pre-course consultation visit.

We are confident that our courses will:

• Provide value for money - our daily charge is based on the number of days that you require and the number of people who will attend the training course.

• Meet the needs of your organisation - our courses are adapted to meet your needs- this means that you can be sure of the relevance of the this training for your staff

• Provide you with the flexibility you require - we deliver the courses onsite or at one of our approved alternative venues

• Be appropriately timed - we will do our very best to ensure that our courses are delivered at a time that suits your change timetable - not to a pre-defined schedule.
